It appears sellers in Winnipeg are in for a nice surprise again this year as the demand for good homes in Winnipeg continues to push prices upward, or should I say skyward! Last evening I had the privilege of representing an Investor couple who put their heart and soul into every renovation they do. They purchased the home within the last 12 months, spent the better part of this time remodeling and refurbishing and after serious consideration regarding the market values, we listed the property at $299,900.
